Full Itinerary
Day 1: Phuentsholing Arrival
As soon as you arrive at Bagdogra airport/ Hasimara railway station/ New Jalpaiguri railway station, our representative will escort you to the hotel. After check-in, you can rest and spend the day your day relaxing at the hotel.
Day 2: Phuentsholing – Thimphu
Today, get ready to take on the road to head to Thimphu from Phuentsholing. Visit clock tower square and enjoy the surroundings before returning to your hotel for overnight.
Day 3: Thimphu Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast, go on a sightseeing tour to the National Library, Handicraft Center, Motithang Takin Preserve, Folk Heritage Museum in the first half of the day.
Later in the afternoon, proceed to Buddha Dordenma statue and National Memorial Chorten. Spend the rest of the day your way heading to the hotel for spending the night.
Day 4: Thimphu – Punakha via Dochula Pass
It is time to pack your bags for the next journey to Punakha. After freshening up, joining an afternoon tour to one of the majestic structures in Bhutan which is also revered as the second oldest and largest in the kingdom of Buddhism, Punakha Dzong. The rest of the day is at your disposal followed by an overnight in Punakha.
Day 5: Punakha – Paro
Today’s point of interest in Bhutan is Paro en-route which you will be sighting the Royal Botanical Park. Afterward, take part in an afternoon tour to the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong which in the yesteryears was a Buddhist monastery and fortress along with a ride to the base of Tiger’s Nest. Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 6: Sightseeing Journey in Paro
Your 6th day is much of a relaxed day as just a visit to the National Museum and Paro Dzong is planned. Night stay at your hotel in Paro.
Day 7: Paro – Phuentsholing
Start off to Phuentsholing to admire the sight of Kharbandi Gompa after which the whole day is at your disposal. Night stay in Phuentsholing.
Day 8: Paro Departure
This is the last day of your trip to Bhutan as after that you will be escorted to Bagdogra airport/ Hasimara railway station/ New Jalpaiguri railway station.
